The controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website is Valta SL. You can request our full tax identification details and registered address via the contact form.

Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), area of interest (optional), and the message you write.

Voice assistant: access is protected by a passcode. Unlocking it creates a technical cookie (httpOnly, signed) that identifies your session for 30 days — it contains no personal data, only a session token. Messages you send it are forwarded to Anthropic (provider of the Claude model) solely to generate a response; the assistant is explicitly instructed never to invent business data or access real Evola or Fluxa information.

We use anonymous, cookieless measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) — see our Cookie Policy for details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Processing is based on your consent: given when you submit the contact form, or when you enter the assistant's passcode and use it.

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to Valta SL, or through an equivalent notification channel, depending on the active configuration at the time. We do not currently work with any external CRM or marketing provider; this policy will be updated if that changes.

Messages sent to the voice assistant are processed by Anthropic (Claude) as a data processor, solely to generate the response.

The site is hosted on our hosting provider's infrastructure, which acts as a technical data processor.

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. We are working on formalizing an automated retention and deletion policy ahead of the site's definitive launch.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to us through this site's contact form.

The only cookie used by this site is the voice assistant's technical session cookie, described in section 2. Our usage measurement (analytics) sets no cookie, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Communications with this site are encrypted (HTTPS). The assistant's session cookie is signed and protected against tampering.

This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulation. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.

Valta SL may use LinkedIn's official APIs to access authorized statistics and data from its own corporate pages on LinkedIn (for example, audience, engagement, and content-performance metrics).

This data is used solely for internal analytics, reporting, audience measurement, and optimizing our content on LinkedIn.

We do not use these APIs for scraping, bulk data extraction, or any form of unauthorized automation. Access is always carried out within LinkedIn's terms of use and developer policies.
