Context
This client is a construction company that works with VALTA: its operations platform is built on Evola, with Fluxa handling warehouse control.
Problem
Before the platform, HR, procurement, finance, materials and subcontracting ran separately, with no shared visibility and no traceability of payments and payroll across teams.
Solution
VALTA deployed Evola as this client's central operating system, with Fluxa handling warehouse and material control β connecting departments that used to work from separate spreadsheets and tools into a single platform with shared data, validations and traceability.

Evola centralizes HR, procurement, finance, equipment and subcontracting β every department works from the same real-time data, with a validation workflow at each step.

Fluxa controls the client's warehouse: item catalog, locations and stock movements, connected to Evola's procurement and materials modules.
Processes transformed
- Payroll and staff management
- Purchase request and approval
- Supplier payment tracking
- Material and stock control
- Validations and traceability across departments

Evola and Fluxa at a construction client
Before / After
What changed for this client
Before
- HR, procurement, finance and materials each ran on separate tools with no shared data
- No structured traceability of payments, payroll or purchase approvals
- Warehouse and stock control disconnected from procurement
After
- One connected platform across HR, procurement, finance, equipment and subcontracting
- Every request, validation and payment traceable in a single workflow
- Warehouse and stock control (Fluxa) connected to procurement and materials (Evola)
Functional architecture
Evola and Fluxa share the same operational data model, so a change in one department is immediately visible to the others.
- HR feeds staffing and cost data used by project and procurement planning
- Procurement requests, once approved, generate purchase orders tracked through to receipt in Fluxa
- Fluxa's warehouse receipts and stock movements feed Evola's materials and finance modules
- Finance validates and pays invoices tied to the original purchase order, with full traceability back to the request
- Reporting draws on this same connected data β the same data Sovra is designed to eventually turn into decisions
Next stage (roadmap, not yet deployed)
This client's operational data β already connected across Evola and Fluxa β is exactly the kind of foundation Sovra is designed to build on: turning that same activity into monitored decisions and controlled actions. This is a direction, not a claim that Sovra is deployed at this client today.
